Take notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Interment Rights Holders of The Belleville Cemetery Company will be held at the Belleville Library on the 3rd floor, Belleville Ontario on April 16, 2026 at 11 a.m., for the purpose of:
(a) receiving, considering and approving the Financial Statements for the previous financial year, together with teh Auditors report;
(b) appointing Auditors and authorizing the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration; electing Directors to the Board of Directors;
(c) electing Directors to the Board of Directors;
(d) transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
Interment Rights Holders are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting by proxy. A form of proxy which may be used for the appointment of a proxy to vote of their behalf and instructions on filling the proxy form may be obtained from the offices of the Company during normal business hours.
